Terms & Conditions

1.0 Purpose

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Swing Easy facility, the booking of time slots, and all services offered on the website or by the company.

By booking or accessing the facility, the user fully accepts these Terms without reservation.

2.0 Access to the Facility

2.1. The Swing Easy facility is accessible only with a prior booking made through the official online platform.
2.2. Access is provided via an electronic locking system. The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their access code or digital key.

3. Use of the Facility

3.1. The user must leave the facility in the same condition as they found it, including but not limited to:

  • equipment properly stored,

  • any waste disposed of,

  • no damages to the premises or equipment.

3.2. Any damage, degradation, or inappropriate behavior may result in:

  • additional charges,

  • temporary or permanent suspension of access,

  • billing for the repair or replacement of damaged equipment at its real value.

3.3. The user must operate all equipment (simulator, clubs, furniture, etc.) according to its intended purpose. Misuse may result in liability and charges.

4. Video Surveillance

4.1. The facility is under continuous video surveillance, in accordance with applicable laws.
4.2. Video recordings are used exclusively for:

  • protecting persons and property,

  • preventing damage or misuse,

  • verifying compliance with these Terms.

4.3. Recordings may be reviewed in case of incident, damage, or dispute.

5. Schedule & Overtime

5.1. Users must strictly adhere to the booked time slot.
5.2. Any overrun exceeding 15 minutes automatically triggers the billing of:

  • one extra hour,

  • charged at double the standard hourly rate.

5.3. Overtime is automatically detected by the booking system and/or video recordings.

6. Pricing, Payment & Billing

6.1. All prices displayed on the website are in Swiss francs (CHF).
6.2. Payment is made online at the time of booking.
6.3. All bookings are final and non‑refundable, except where otherwise specified.
6.4. Subscription packages provide a fixed number of hours. Any additional usage is billed at the standard rate (or double if exceeding the reserved slot).

7. Cancellation / Modification

7.1. Booking cancellation or modification is only possible according to the rules of the online system.
7.2. No refund is issued in the event of no‑show.

8. User Responsibility

The user is responsible for:

  • their own behavior,

  • the behavior of any guests they bring,

  • any damage caused during their reserved slot.

Swing Easy declines any liability in case of accident, injury, or improper use of the equipment.

9. Tampering & Equipment Integrity Clause

Tampering with the simulator setup is strictly prohibited.
This includes (but is not limited to):

  • moving or adjusting the ball‑tracking cameras,

  • modifying any sensors or alignment devices,

  • changing projector or screen alignment,

  • interfering with cables, mounts, or calibration settings,

  • attempting to open, disassemble, or reconfigure the system.

If a user tampers with any part of the simulator or its components, all costs related to repair, re‑calibration, technician intervention, or replacement of damaged parts will be fully invoiced to the customer.

Additionally, any time required to diagnose, fix, or re‑calibrate the system due to improper handling will be billed based on the technician’s hourly rate.

Swing Easy reserves the right to suspend access or take further action in cases of intentional damage or repeated violations.

10. Swing Easy Responsibility

Swing Easy ensures the facility and equipment are provided in a clean and functional condition.
In case of major technical failure preventing normal use, compensation may be offered in the form of re‑credited hours.

11. Safety Rules & Prohibitions

The following are strictly prohibited inside the facility:

  • smoking or vaping,

  • bringing alcoholic beverages without prior approval,

  • moving certain equipment without permission,

  • bringing animals,

  • allowing unauthorized individuals to enter.

12. Personal Data

Collected data (booking information, video recordings, contact details) is used exclusively for:

  • service management,

  • security,

  • subscription and billing purposes.

No data is sold to third parties.

13. Sanctions & Termination

Swing Easy reserves the right to:

  • block access,

  • refuse future bookings,

  • terminate a subscription,
    in case of non‑compliance with these Terms.

14. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by Swiss law.
In case of dispute, the competent courts are those of the Canton of Vaud.
