1. Access & Arrival

How do I access the facility?

After you have booked your slot you will receive a confirmation by e-mail that will give you instructions to download the TAPKEY app which will grant you access to unlock the doors 5 minutes before your slot. You need to enter from the delivery access area situated on the north side of the building. Locks are numbered #1 and #2.

Where do I park?

There are either 3 visitors parking spaces in front of the main entrance or 2 visitors parking spaces situated right before the last roundabout that leads to the building. You can therefore park on these vistors parking spaces. 

What time should I arrive?

Doors are accessible 5 minutes before your reservation so we recommend arriving 5 to 10 minutes before your booking in order to be able to start playing on time. 

Can I bring guests?

Each booking allows you to come with up to 4 guests during your reservation. In order to come with more guests pease contact us to organise an event through our contact form. 

2. Inside the Facility

What do I need to turn on when I arrive?

Upon arrival, the PC and E6 Connect software should already be running and main lights are automatic. Therefore you simply need to turn on the projector and the simulator main light (Light switch on the wall next to the computer) to start playing. 

If by any chance the computer is turned off, the computer code is available to the screen and you simply need to launch the E6 Connect software once the computer has booted. 

What do I need to turn off when I leave?

When leaving the facility, please leave the E6 Connect software running for the next steps and put it on the main menu. You then need to turn of the projector and the simulator main light (Light switch on the wall next to the computer)

Is the facility heated/cooled?

The facility is in a Minergie building and therefore has a stable temperature all year wrong keeping it nice and warm in the winter and nice and cool in the summer. 

Where can I store my personal belongings?

As the space is a 100% privatised during your reservation and has video surveillance there is no specific recommendations for personal belongings other then making sure you have all your belongings with you before exiting the space. 

3. Equipment & Usage

Do I need to bring my own clubs?

We recommend you bring your own clubs and have all club faces cleaned to avoid leaving dirt on the white screen in order to have the best experience. There are second hand clubs available onsite for beginners (Right handed set, Left handed set and 2 size kids sets)

Do you provide balls?

We recommend playing with your own balls in order to keep the same touch and feel that you are used to. We do have low quality balls available in case you have no balls available and there will be a self-service pro shop available to purchase balls as well. 

How do I start a session on the simulator?

Once the E6 Connect software is launched, you have the choice between multiple game plays such us practice, full course or mini-games. When launching any session, you can also set the settings to your convenience. You can also create and E6 account and log in everytime you play to keep track of your scores.

Can beginners use the facility?

It is recommended to have at least one player with a decent understanding of golf basics to be able to enjoy the experience. For new players, we are currently looking to have Pro's available for golf lessons. 

4. Booking, Timing & Additional Charges

How long is a session?

Sessions are booked by the hour and are back to back. You should therefore make the simulator available for the next guests in a timely manner.

What happens if I finish early?

If you finish early, you can enjoy the facilities until the end of your booking but no refunds are available for finishing early.

What if I stay longer than my booking time?

Any overrun exceeding 15 minutes automatically triggers the billing of one extra hour charged at double the standard hourly rate. It is always possible to extend the reservation through an online booking if there are no bookings for that time. 

Can I change or cancel my booking?

Bookings can be cancelled up to 8 hours before the booking and standard conditions reimburse half the booking price. In the event where you would like to cancel a reservation more then 48 hours in advance, please contact us.

5. Cleanliness & Rules

How should I leave the facility?

Please leave the facility in the same way you found it. Put all waste into the bins and realign any furniture if they were moved during your stay.

Is food or drink allowed inside?

We offer a wide range of drinks and snacks directly at Swing Easy and it is therefore not allowed to bring your own drinks and snacks. Water bottles are welcome but no soft drinks or alcohol coming from outside. If you are interested and eating, we recommend ordering Pizza from La Rive which is the restaurant on the -1 level of the building. A QR code is available near the kitchen area to pay directly for your drinks and snacks.

Are pets allowed?

No, pets are not allowed at Swing Easy. 

Is smoking or vaping allowed?

No, smoking or using vapes are not allowed.

6. Security & Video Surveillance

Is the facility monitored?

Yes, we have cameras filming and recording when we have guests inside the facilities to monitor timings and in case of any accidents. They are therfore used for safety and compliance. 

What happens if damage occurs?

If damage occurs, we expect a pro-active communication in order to use your insurance for any potential reparations. If we notice any damage not reported, cameras will be used to identify the event and responsible party. 

Is my access logged?

Yes, usage of the TapKey app is logged and cameras monitor time spent in the facility. 

7. Memberships & Payments

Do you offer memberships?

Memberships are available and can be booked directly online through our website

How do payments work?

All reservations need to be booked and paid in advance through our website. For drinks and snacks, please use the TWINT QR code available in the kitchen area. (It is also possible to leave cash in the kitchen area if TWINT is not available.)

Can I buy additional hours?

Yes, if the booking is available, you can add bookings through our website at any time. Please book the next hour before it starts to avoid any potential additional charges. 

8. Troubleshooting

The door won’t open — what do I do?

If you are experiencing issues with the TapKey App and are unable to access the facility please call us for assistance.

The simulator is not working — who do I contact?

If something isn’t working as expected (software issue, sensors not reading the ball, frozen screen, etc.), please follow these steps:

  1. Do NOT touch or move any part of the simulator setup.
    This includes cameras, sensors, mounts, cables, projector, and calibration devices.

  2. Try a simple reset:

    • Restart the software (if possible)

    • Exit and reopen the session

    • Ensure the hitting area is clear and well lit

  3. If the issue continues:

    • Contact us by phone directly

  4. Important:
    Any attempt to adjust, move, or “fix” the hardware yourself — including the ball‑tracking cameras — can cause misalignment or damage.
    If tampering causes the issue or increases the repair work, all repair and technician costs will be invoiced to the customer.

We will always help diagnose the problem remotely or arrange a quick fix. Your session time may be compensated if the issue is technical and not caused by misuse.

Power outage or emergency — what happens?

If there is a power outage or emergency, please leave the premises and call us for assistance. 

9. Kids & Family

Can children enter the facility?

An adult must always be present but children are welcome at Swing Easy. Children remain under adults responsibility. We recommend monitoring where children are located at all times while playing to avoid any accidents. 

Are strollers allowed?

Yes, strollers are allowed. 

10. Location & Practical Information

Where are you located?

Our address is: En Courta Rama 10, 1163 Etoy. We are located in the Gamma visions building on the ground floor. 

Is the facility accessible for people with reduced mobility?

Yes, the facility is accessible for people with reduced mobility. 

Is there Wi‑Fi available?

Yes, there is WIFI available. Instructions are available onsite to connect.
